Toggle¿Hasta qué fecha hay ERTES?
Se prorrogan todos los ERTES basados en causa de fuerza mayor derivada del COVID-19 hasta el 30 de septiembre de 2021.
Se establecen nuevas exoneraciones de cuotas a la Seguridad Social para las empresas afectadas por los ERTEs que tengan su CNAE en el Anexo del Real Decreto-Ley (se adjunta anexo y recuadro explicativo)
¿Se pueden pedir nuevos ERTEs?
Se permite iniciar nuevos ERTEs por impedimento y limitación hasta el 30 de septiembre.
Se prorrogan igualmente los ERTEs organizativos, económicos, técnicos o de producción que tienen su causa en el COVID-19.
Se prorroga la cláusula de salvaguarda del empleo seis meses más para aquellas empresas que decidan exonerar cuotas de la Seguridad Social.
¿Mi paro en ERTEs consume el paro ordinario?
La prestación por desempleo de los trabajadores en ERTE no consumirá desempleo ordinario
Para los trabajadores autónomos se mantienen las prestaciones extraordinarias vigentes hasta la fecha, con un procedimiento específico de concesión y control que se deja a cargo de las mutuas colaboradoras.
Para favorecer la estabilidad laboral de los trabajadores fijos discontinuos se establece la obligación de llamar a estos durante el verano y o bien incorporarlos a la actividad o bien incluirlos en el ERTE.
Estas son las medidas más destacadas sin perjuicio de que contactéis con nosotros para resolver cualquier otra duda que pueda surgir. En los próximos días, cuando las mutuas nos den instrucciones realizaremos una circular específica detallando las medidas de autónomos.
ERTES EXTENSION UNTIL SEPTEMBER 2021

On May 27, 2021, the Council of Ministers approved Royal Decree-Law 11/2021, on urgent measures for the defense of employment, economic reactivation and the protection of self-employed workers, so we inform you of the most important points important.
All ERTES based on force majeure derived from COVID-19 are extended until September 30, 2021.
New exemptions from Social Security contributions are established for companies affected by ERTEs that have their CNAE in the Annex of the Royal Decree-Law (annex and explanatory box are attached)
It is allowed to start new ERTEs due to impediment and limitation until September 30.
The organizational, economic, technical or production ERTEs that have their cause in COVID-19 are also extended.
The employment safeguard clause is extended for six more months for those companies that decide to waive Social Security contributions.
The unemployment benefit of workers in ERTE will not consume ordinary unemployment
For the self-employed, the extraordinary benefits in force to date are maintained, with a specific concession and control procedure that is left to the mutual collaborators.
To promote the job stability of permanent discontinuous workers, the obligation is established to call them during the summer and either incorporate them into the activity or include them in the ERTE.
